I got started on my baking today... Baked over 2 dozen mini loaves of Pumpkin bread.. I don't care for pumpkin but I love this bread.. Got Chocolate covered cherry cookies to make (2 batches)(mmmmmmm), 2 sweet potato pies to make and a carrot cake to make... ALL from scratch and that isn't a drop in the bucket compared to what I baked on the boat for Thanksgiving...plus I made caramel, divinity, pay days and pralines. I am a "scratch" cook, love making candies , cakes and cookies from scratch.
