And armed with all of your records, witness affidavits, etc., there is no question to whom the dog belongs. And microchipping is definitely a thing to consider for all our babies. Here, the MSPCA and Boston Animal Rescue League hold a FREE microchipping weekend every for all licensed dogs and cats. You and Mike and all the babies are in my thoughts and prayers.
