Tinky is an ONLY INDOOR kitty. I got her for Christmas and my hubby put the collar on her before he gave her to me. She has never had a problem wearing it, and I kept it on because I think she looks so good in red . Tinky weighs six pounds now and getting bigger every time I turn around . Sometimes I wish she could stay a little bitty kitty for a little longer.
