We keep ours at my store in a very tall tank. The bottom has about four inches of Bed-A-Beast, and a bit of moss. We mist the tank heavily in the morning and lightly in the evening.

House geckos are NOT a pet that you should handle. They are small, skittish, fast, and rather delicate. Set up a nice display tank though, and they will keep you entertained for hours. (Not nearly as much fun as Day Geckos in my opinion though....my friend has a few and they all WAG THEIR TAILS when he approaches the tank with their food!!)
