the tatoos are from his breeder she registers her pups before you get them. It says where he was bred (the name of the kennel his # and all that and if you check under the number you can see who owns him kinda like a microchip. I personally like the chip better but she doesn't believe in them and does the tattoos before we can disagree to it anyways I guess theres no option...
