I agree with Liz. Try to re-direct his behavior...give him lots of fun toys to chew on and praise him like crazy when he does!!

Also, when he bites at your hands, give a sharp, high-pitched squal (like a puppy would) and walk away from him....leave the room entirely. Let him know if he is going to play like that, you will have nothing to do with him. If he is bonded with you and enjoys your attention, he should learn that biting means no play, and he won't like that
