I am so sorry Donna. Hopefully the shelter will either let you foster and maybe even refund your money and take her back.
I bet you'd like to break someone's fingers, eh? Have you tried getting in this woman's face and demanding the money? Would that be a possibility?? Bring the kitten to her and collect your money - if you are feeling generous, agree to keep the kitten until she finds a home for it??
