What should I do . . . I know it's not normal . . . ???
Call the emergency vet. It could be seizures.. but if you can't hear her breathing she may have a blockage or something. When cats can't breathe they compensate by moving the stomach muscles to press on the lungs, to make them contract. Is she open mouth breathing? If she is.. AT ALL.. rush her to emerg. A cat that breathes through her mouth is in trouble.
