Maybe get a size 8? That is a pretty average American woman's size. If they are slightly too big, then that is okay because they are slippers, right? I don't think they would be so big that your feet would slide around in them. I wear size 7 and a half or 8 usually .. hold your foot up to the monitor and see if it is the same size as mine!
