he might have a tear duct problem that affects that. Tia's Rb brither and my grandpa's Cocker spaniel both had that problem and they always have a dry, flaky nose. My Grandpa put's vaseline on his Cocker's nose every day, sometimes twice a day and that seems to help a bit. On Tia's Brother, the vet reccomended us to get a bottle of Vitamin E and poke the pill with a pin so that the jiuce stuff would come out and then you just squeeze it on to the dogs nose. I think he should go to the vet about it though
