Coffee is in the WYLIE animal shelter!!! I live in Wylie. Our popluation is about 20,000. What are the chances?!?!?!

Whatever I can do to help him, let me know. Our shelter is GREAT, even though it's city. Our AC Officers are former rescue workers, and they do SO much for the pets in their shelter!
