You would have to make sure,that it is a reasonably large Cat,like Moose,or JJJ3,and that would cure them,of thinking the toilet,was thier purrsonal Trevi Fountain,but to put,one of The Found Cats,in a ti oliet,would make them somewhat angry,with me,and I would never ,ever want that.
