The first thing she asked me was if it was a 3kg bag (it was) and she said she'd had about 8 other people ring up with the same complaint!
First I just want to say if the store had already had 8 complaints why didn't they pull all the bags off the shelf....why would they keep possibly bad stock around for others to buy!

I'm just happy that they didn't get sick from them. I really would have been so angry too. It's getting so it's not safe to buy anything in a bag.

Your new floor looks really nice and the furbaby seems to like it too!
