I can't see the pic, but the only thing I can think of is, did you have your hand on the mouse when you hit the keyboard? If you hit control while moving the mouse wheel up or down, it makes the text bigger/bolder if you go up, and smaller if you go back. Maybe try hitting ctrl and move the mouse wheel back. Hope that helps!
