Depends I think. You have 2 IP addys I believe..one you are given by your internet provider...which you can change I believe..I just duno how...and the other is a local IP addy...you can change it by going to (this is how I do it anyway..it might be diff for you)

right click on my network places - properties. Right click on Local Area Network. There should be a gray window pop up. Find Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and properties.


BUT I don't think that's what you're looking for...I duno how to do the other IP one but I think it's hard..
