When you blame Bush blame Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Carter and all the rest of the president's who had a terrorist attack happen on their watch.
I think a lot of people didn't really blame 9/11 on Bush, but had problems with how he handled it. I'm not speaking for everyone, but I think lots of people think that way. I myself am not sure what to think of that whole situation. I don't believe a thing Michael Moore says (can't STAND that guy), but I think there may be some ounce of truth in his film. I haven't been able to figure it all out myself quite yet. There is a long list of other reasons besides 9/11 why I didn't want Bush back in office.
