I hear what you're saying Sammi. I guess I just look at it is if the owner cared, the cat wouldn't be in the shape it is. It's so thin, you can tell it isn't getting a regular diet.

Maybe I'll go up to the house this evening and ask them if it's their cat. I'm afraid if it is, I'll offend them and they'll be watching me and stop me from feeding it.
