Snoopy's behavior changed quite a bit after he started having the seizures - and the first few I did not even know he was actually having a seizure - it evidently happened when he was sleeping or I was not around. He didn't get more agressive but he acted confused, scared and whined ALOT! It took him a few days after taking phenobarbitol before he started to return to normal and even longer before he was his old self. The vet said they do not usually recommend medication unless they are having more than a couple a month or last a long time when they have them. Also the way the owner handles the seizure can decide whether medication is began or not. Hope whatever caused the problems goes away and stays away!
