Thanks again, everyone, for posting about Luli.It hurt more to see her laying in her cage the other night, not moving than it did to actually realize she'd died overnight. Because I had a few hours to realize she wasn't going to make it. I did most of my crying with her nose next to my cheek. I'm just glad I was able to sit and hold her for as long as I did. She died (I hope) comfortably in her cage, surrounded by nice clean warm blankets.
