I'm so upset to hear this Kimmy It must be devastating to see such a change in Kia's behavior, especially acting so stragnely toward her mommy Definitely, do what you can to rule out all the possible physiological causes first. I was thinking the same thing as Liz, that perhaps she might be experiencing small (petite mal) seizures which can be barely detectable and last only seconds. Anything new in her life that might be causing her added stress? If nothing appears to be going on with her physically, perhaps a behaviorist can help you sort all of this out.
