CONGRATULATIONS FOR DECIDING TO QUIT SMOKING!!! It's a BIG step and might be a difficult one to keep up, but please keep in mind that there are all kinds of support out there (including us
). I work for the Canadian Cancer Society and we host a Quitline for those in your position. It's a free service where people can call in for support and suggestions to overcome the addiction. Maybe you could contact your local office.
