My most favortie one is MARDI GRAS!! I love the MG colors (purple, green and gold),the decorations, Love the music, the costumes and just the whole atsmophere and there are NO gifts to buy!! ( Leave up the Christmas tree and decorate for Mardi Gras!!)

Whenever I work on MG, I take the decorations to the boat, take trinkets and throws for the crew, take the music and cook a real Cajun meal WITH a King Cake included, and the guys just love it too!! It is just a wonderful celebration without all the commercials on TV. (Everyone down here has the beads and deblooms coming out the yang yang from last year, so I always have plenty to take to the boat for the fellas) It is like the fun of Christmas but without all the expense and work.....
