I drained more of the infection out myself last night, and it is not as swollen today. Baby is eating good though, so I don't feel too overly concerned at the moment. I have a vet appointment tomorrow anyway, so will see what she says.
Maybe a cuterebra? Reese had one when we found her. The Vet surgically removed it. Here's a link to a bit of info, and you can GOOGLE it for more.
