Macy might have giardia, a disease that has to be taken kind of seriously. Our cat Coco, who left to the RB last year, had giardia around the time when my mom first got her. I was about 5 or 6, and now I'm 13. You have to clean their behinds after they use the kitty box, and you have to clean out the litter box after they use it. If you can keep them giardia free for 7 days, your cat is cured. Cats can get this through gutter water and other places probably. I'll ask my mom for more information on this.
