Aww Gee thanks! Actually Andy has wonderful hearing but we found out about a year after we got him, when speaking to his brother's owner, that his brother is deaf. Neither Andy or his brother has blue eyes and I think it's more common in blue-eyed cats. Andy's are a pretty gold color.
