"Please Excuse Ashley from school today, she had to take a family member to surgery."

Office Lady: "O, I'm so sorry, what family member?"

Me: "My foster rabbit, Molly. But she ended up not going in, the wrong doctor was there and I only trust my normal doctor with my kids, we will take her in again tomrrow, so sorry if I'm late again."

and walked out! LOL.
