Thanks, Corinna. It is good to know someone out there has knowledge of this too. After researching on the internet, it seems like it is a pretty common thing. I think it just freaked me out because I didn't understand it. I wonder why they didn't do this for my last miscarriages or when I'd told my doctor we were going to try for a baby again. My daughter just miscarried and they asked for a chrome test on the baby . Its the same test you would have . The kids decided to have it done ($500.00 and they have no insurance) as He was adopted and knows nothing about his genetics. I had asked them to do this before getting pregnat becouse of the diabetes in our family and his unknow factors. I think its a great idea i only wish it would have been avablble to me before having the kids.
