Hmm sort of although she is just a blend of different coloring, not a blend of different breeds. A yellow lab bred with a black lab can have a mixed litter in color but they aren't mutts. There are actually LOTS of different mutations out there. You can do a search on cockatiel mutations and see all kinds of different colorings
