eat healthy and get lots of exersizeI lost 15lbs this summer that way, I could never stick to a diet with only a mealy amount of food, or only certain kinds etc.. lol I just go out and have fund, at salads for snacks, and eat meals, then go back out and dance in the street, ride my bike, and run with my friends, climb tree's and play with the dogs.. etc.. worked like a dream!
