Dale is now one year old and up until last month he was still squating himself. I was told that after they turn a year old that they will start lifting there leg but they do need to see another male dog doing the same. It helps if you have other male dogs in the house but if you don't, I suggest taking him to the park and letting him see other dogs or if you have some friends that have male dogs, take him to them. My husband took Dale to our Friends house and he did everything that thier male dog did.
