If it makes you feel any better I have one guy (Tanner) who does that to my upper arm at least a couple times during the night. He has to come up and make "happy feet" on my arm while licking it at the same time. He will do this for what feels like an eternity (especially at 3AM), then he settles down for about a half hour, leaves and comes back a little while later. Needless to say it has been quite awhile since I have had a full uninterrupted night of sleep (he is almost 2 yo).
