My mother in law bought me a tin sign that says:

"If you want the best seat in the house, move the cat"

It's sooo true! My cat is a seat vulture! He will hop up and steal our seats whenever we get up. And then he just gives us that look like: "Hey thanks, this is really comfy.... what.. no.. NO! Don't move me! It's my spot!!!!!!"
