I would love to rig up something on the fence that would spray water on the dogs when they touch it. My two HATE water... but Blizzard loves it... ugh... I swear one day I am going to flip out and put up electric fence along the top of the fence!!!!

(I know... I know it's mean... neighbor kids could get hurt...etc. I don't think I would ever do that)
