I small bird definitely wouldn't, but a macaw, cockatoo, african grey, etc. might. They're VERY demanding........VERY. They say they're like a 4-5 year old child that never grows up...and they can live for 80+ years, so imagine having a 5 year old that never grows up for 80 years. That's a big parrot.
