Sure, I'd be happy to help you in any way I can. Since renters need to give 30 days notice to move out you can start looking first week of September (whoa, that's next week already). PM me and let me know when you will be over to look. Keep in mind that weekdays are not good for me, sorry about that, but work always seem to interfere with my social life.
Just remember another thing to ask:
- will they charge and extra deposit for Nutmeg and Tilly?
Most apartments will not even accept pets and some will charge renters an extra, say $100, damage deposit to have pets with them.
