That would depend on your actual time zone.

1. Go to UserCP
2. Edit Options
3. Scroll down to "Time Offset" and change it according to your time zone. California's in the same time zone as BC I believe? If I'm not mistaken, set it to "(GMT -8:00 hours) Pacific Time (US & Canada)".
