    Kitties can be pretty good exercise coaches. My RB Goldie used to help me with "Puss-ups"

    While laying on one's back, grab a kitty (use both hands) and oh-so-carefully lift the puss up and then bring it back down to your body. Repeat until the cat protests. Great for increasing pec and arm strength
