Hope goes for her final check up with the eye Dr. tomorrow and if all goes well, she can play with the other dogs and truly be a "dog". She is actually getting a little heavy! Imagine that! Again, I am thinking positive thoughts for all to go well.
The chow that was burned, Spencer, is slowly improving. We had him at our pet adoption on Saturday and he loves women but is terrified of men. So we figure it was a man that abused him. You cannot touch his head at all. He did really well around children. He is going to need a special home but we will find that home for him. Sugar, my new dog with cancer gets her sutures removed tomorrow and will get her "lampshade" off also. I know she will glad for that!!! She has not been eating well so I have been trying different types of food. I think it is hard for her to eat with her lip being the way it is but I will figure it out. So my family of dogs that nobody wants continues to grow. They are all so special and I am the lucky one to have them!!! I will let all of you know how things go for Hope tomorrow.
