From what I remember:
Dress appropriately, clean nails are important too
Eye contact is essential,
firm handshake... nobody wants a weak handshake
thank them for their time as you leave the interview
send a thank you note after the appointment,
brush up on the company before the interview so you know who they are, their clients, etc.
