Oh no!! Poor Snoopy pup! I have never witnessed a seizure, human or dog, and I don't know much about it except that I do know there are a lot of treatments out there for it. I hope you are able to find out more and that if he needs treatment, it will be something effective that can put your mind at ease. I can only imagine how frightening that must have been. .
