My sister is very defensive about her dog and her response to my complaints about the doggy poo is

"Well, at least it is dry and easy to pick up. It's no big deal!"

No big deal?

Anyway. I feel relieved that you folks don't think I'm some crazy person from my suggestions on how to deal with this problem!
