I remember one program where, in the preparation of foods it looked like as she was cutting and trimming things, etc. that she was throwing them right onto the floor. She said 'for those of you who wonder if I am discarding things on the floor, there is a trash can here that you can't see.' I guess if I cooked as well as she did my hubby wouldn't even mind if I threw the garbage on the floor!
