Frosted Mini-Wheats! I always have some of that in the cupboard.

as I get older, I look at the fiber content first . I'm not ready for the really nasty health food stuff yet, but frosted mini-wheats have fiber and taste good!

After that is would be Raisin Bran. (my husband's favorite).

Then I rotate between other cereals like grape nuts, or granola type cereals.
