That's what I say, how hard can it be with POWER WINDOWS, that doesn't work now because of the rain. Even a lazy person should be able to manage the use of one finger.

I guess the whole thing bugs me because it's one of my pet peeves about people. I have never understood why it's so hard for a lot of people to just say "Sorry" without have to add an excuse on to the sorry. It's always I'm sorry, but ........................
