    Arney, what a beautiful bird you are!!! Your story brought tears to my eyes. How could ANYONE take the responsibility to care for someone's pet, and leave them to starve? How terribly cruel and heartless. I'm so sorry your beloved Danni died from such cruelty, and I'm grateful that you survived, and were brought back to health.

    Congratulations sweet Arnie, and may you, as well as all other creatures, never have to suffer from such neglection again.
