Thank you!

Kitsten, yes, Allen approves of the new renovations... he's got new hidey holes because we've cleaned out so much stuff that things that were previously "plugged up" are now clear to hide. I am honestly amazed at how nice that corner looks. We didn't have those dressers in that room until the renovation - they were in my son's part of the third floor and I figured a 18 year old boy wouldn't be into fancy furniture, so I switched things around.

Killearn Kitties, you leave my house and you just never know what you'll come back to! LOL

Jen, you know better! I would be banned from this site if I posted before pictures. Lets just say that all non-essential pictures and posters are now in the trash.

Kim, thank you! That lamp was in my Grandmom's house and I have always LOVED it too. When she died, it was the only thing my aunt and uncle didn't argue about me taking - they thought it was UGLY. Turns out hubby and the kids agree, so its up in the guest room

The best part of this renovation? It didn't cost more than $100 including the new sheets and bedspread for my son, and the ceiling fan we installed! Everything was either already here or found at a bargain outlet. *pats self on back*
