Aww, I got all sick and by the time I got better, I'd missed Einstein and Jackie being posted! Well, now it's their birthday (or the very early morning after, for me) so at least that's a good time to find them on the site.

I had to move because I'm starting grad school, so now Einy and Jackie live in a bigger cage, and Einy goes to a different vet who sticks obnoxious things in his mouth and messes with his teeth. The boys love to get on the shelf of their cage and rumble at the girls next door (their mother, Suzi, and another female, Cuddles). The girls are totally uninterested in male attention even from such handsome fellows, and yell at them for being so rude.

Unfortunately, Einstein and Jackie's stepfather Doom became sick with lymphoma and leukemia, and even though he struggled valiantly with it, he had to be put to sleep on April 19th, 2004, because he was just so sick from all his tumors. All my pigs miss him, even Jackie, who never liked him very much. (Or at least Jackie was upset after Doom died, and acted out by biting Einstein on the ear.)

Einstein's favorite vegetables are parsley, cilantro, and carrot greens, all of which he can manage to eat by himself. Jackie likes everything except tomatoes and green bell peppers.
