    Combinded Immunde Deficiency? Arabians get it. Not really sure what it does actually o_O It's some type of infection I guess that kills them

    Yep, it occurs in Arabian and Half-Arabian foals. There are a shortage of lymphocytes (sp!?) in the blood, which basically shuts down their immune system and they do not respond to vaccines/immunizations. The foals get really ill, mainly with pneumonia, the foals dont survive.

    the last blood (from the umbilical cord), it gives it the nutrients to ward off diseases/illnesses.
