Oh yeah! I was going to address that and then I got sidetracked. That is sooo insane! Unless the cosmetic surgery is to correct something that happened in a battle, like a bomb or something. But my tax dollars better not be going to spruce someone up! I have a friend who's sister is an active marine and got breast implants recently. I'll have to ask about that.
