So so funny and TRUE!!!

We can relate to:

*it takes 3 people to get your dog on the scale at the vets.
~(Dale hates to be weighed)!!

*you own a dog capable of pulling someone from a porta potty.
~(Swissies are trained to pull carts weighing up to 1000's of pounds) (You know how well they can pull when you are the one on the other side of the leash trying to walk them, lol)

*your dog can hide an entire tennis ball (among other things) fully inside his lips and give you that innocent look that says, "What? I'm not eating anything!"
~(True)

*you carry a tape measure with you when shopping for a new vehicle.
~( Dale is the main reason why we will be shopping for a SUV, and a small one just wont do)

*after banishing your husband, the snoring in your bedroom still keeps you awake
~(this happened, we all fell asleep on our bed and i woke to snoring, not knowing if it was Dale or my hubby)

*you toss your dog a ball and cringe when he almost hits his head on the top of the doorway.
~( i cringe as he runs back to me with it...in fear that he is gonna plow right into me, especially if you are sitting on the couch at the time)

we relate to so many more...too many to list...

Yes, i think many a McDonalds worker has been a little frightened of Dale, and the gas attendant usually gives me back my change, as far away from Dale, through the front of only a slightly cracked open window as possible)..

rather than trying to hold him back when the doorbell rings, i just meet the people on the front porch, lol

Yes, big doggies are quite the experience for a person who has never owned one before...but we love him anyway.
